Three stations in the line 6 of Tehran metro, Dowlat Abad, Be’sat, and Meydan-e Shohada inaugurated in the presence of Rohani- the president, Hanachi- mayor of Tehran, Hashemi- the head of Tehran Islamic council, Pour Seyed Aghayi- mayor’s deputy and the head of public transportation in Tehran municipality, and several other authorities.
Line 6 has 22 km length and 27 stations that begin with Dowlat Abad station and end with Sologhan.
Meydan-e Shohada station is a junction of the lines 6 and 4 that passengers can have easy access to the other stations of the lines.
The first phase of line 6 with the length of 9 km opened to passengers on April 7, 2019. Three stations in line 7, Meydan-e San’at, Tarbiat Modarres, and Helal Ahmar, inaugurated few weeks prior in March 2019.
The first phase of line 7 started in July 2018, after the completion of facilities and safety analyses. Currently, this line has a joint with line 3 in Mahdiyeh station and with line 2 in Navab station. The other stations of line 7 will be opening soon.
